Experienced Recruits
We are looking for experienced professionals that bring personal
expertise to The Martec Group to add to the diversity of our
backgrounds. The people we hire reflect the diverse business
environments in which we operate and the wide variety of clients we
represent. Having teams of professionals from a wide range of
backgrounds provides differing points of view that lead to superior
business solutions.
Experienced recruits typically enter the firm at either the Market
Analyst or Sr. Market Analyst level; we are a company that strongly
supports promotion from within. Compensation offered to experienced
recruits is commensurate with education and applicable work experience.

Staff Development and Training
Learning must be a continuous process. We emphasize on-the-job
development of each staff member, supplemented with appropriate
training. Martec provides a significant opportunity for
