Kevin B. McMahon

Kevin B. McMahon is a Partner of The Martec Group, Inc., based in our Detroit, Michigan office. Mr. McMahon leads the firm’s automotive and transportation practice which serves global component and system suppliers to the light, medium and heavy-duty on-road vehicle markets.

Mr. McMahon has more than 20 years experience in automotive and transportation consulting with a focus on technology forecasting, product development, market analysis and M&A. The bulk of this experience revolves around new technology development and launch initiatives based on a detailed understanding of customer values, competitor positioning and other external forces impacting business strategy. Mr. McMahon is highly experienced in all vehicle systems and subsystems, including powertrain, sensing and control, emissions control, safety, communication and entertainment.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana. Mr. McMahon is married with four children.
